What is Virtuous Growth Solutions?
Virtuous Growth Solutions (VGS) is a Charlotte, NC-based organizational transformation firm. We are a systems-driven advisory partner that integrates human-centered design (HCD), organizational change management (OCM), and process improvement (PI) into a single, cohesive model — helping organizations diagnose what's broken, transform how they operate, and build the capacity to continuously adapt over time.
How is VGS different from a traditional consulting firm?

What is Impact OS™?
Impact OS™ is our core transformation engagement. It serves as the operational foundation for change — helping organizations redesign and implement systems that align people, processes, and strategy. Built for complexity, Impact OS™ leverages HCD, OCM, and PI methodologies to redesign how work gets done, strengthen decision-making, optimize performance, and build the internal alignment needed to sustain meaningful transformation. What is Evolve Engine™?
Evolve Engine™ is our fractional advisory subscription, designed for organizations that want continuous support beyond implementation. Unlike traditional transformation models that end when the project ends, Evolve Engine™ provides ongoing performance monitoring, strategic guidance, and adaptive planning — helping you remain resilient, responsive, and aligned as conditions change. Can we engage one service without the others?
Yes. Each service is designed to deliver standalone value. However, the three services are intentionally interconnected — and many clients find that engaging them in sequence (Impact Gap™ → Impact OS™ → Evolve Engine™) produces the most durable results. We also offer workshops and hourly strategic support without commitment to a full engagement.
